Family atmosphere and family double room with a balcony. Location - incredible so close to sea and brean, bars and public areas, and a cliff. Really great experience and polite and courteous staff.
Breakfast very very poor.

We will be back as the location was magnificent. This is a recently refurbished hotel with excellent amenities and people.

The hotel was clean and FANTASTIC. There was a lot of food for breakfast, it was excellent. The room was quiet with the terrace and fresh towels, for instance, greatly enjoyed our time there. The location was beautiful, short walk to a local supermarket, Cheddar and the caves, and the beaches of weston super-mare, Burnham on sea and brean. Furthermore, in lovely surroundings.

Hotel interior old style, free swimming pool(warm water and hot in the room),gym(a bit cold) and sauna.Free internet in the room(fast in mornings-midday and at night). Breakfast- good food, variety of juices, fruits.Hotel surrounding(trees, garden). Huge bed (3adults could sleep). Close enough to Weston-Super-Mare,Bristol,Cheddar etc.Value for money
Very poor signage outside the hotel(hard to see at night/fog/rain).If you have a room in main building then it can be quite noisy(facing M5).Poor room cleanliness- vacuumed after 4th day(carpets stained, pieces of mud on it).Changing room situated outside swimming pool-you have to walk through reception and then back.Sauna located behind gym-again you have to walk through reception, vary cold gym to sauna and then back.

Comfortable room, friendly staff, plenty of choice for breakfast and good value for money. Lovely surrounding countryside including Cheddar Gorge.
Standard of evening meal disappointing. We went elsewhere on our second night.

Nice place with amenities like free wifi, a lovely indoor pool, and friendly staff who helped with my heavy baggage. I remember the staff's kindness during my first stay. Definitely coming back for a city break!

Had a lovely stay at the Webbington and very Easy access to Cheddar Gorge where we wanted to visit. The breakfast in the morning was lovely and the dining room was stunning. Only down side was or room being right out the back down a gloomy corridor, in need of decoration. The room itself was lovely, big and very clean. The view from the hotel was also stunning, even with the motorway been close you could hardly hear it. We used the facilities and enjoyed a swim in the pool. Again the pool area was lovely with stunning views as the sun came down.
Corridors in the courtyard complex need decorating, bit tatty

Location, Price, Pool, wi-fi
Window in bedroom would not open (latch broken) Nowhere in bedroom was there any information about restaurant opening times, spa facilities/opening times Spa confusing. First thing i encountered was the "poolside" changing rooms which are not next to the pool. After changing you have to walk through the Spa reception to the pool and visa versa wet back to changing rooms. Again no information available.

The view overlooking the valley is striking, offering a nice backdrop while staying here. The pool area provides a decent space for a dip and relaxation after a busy day.
Navigating the spa facilities felt awkward, especially having to stroll through the gym area to reach the sauna and steam room-it's not the most flattering sight. My room, while spacious, showed signs of wear with outdated decor and a somewhat dingy bathroom that could use a thorough cleaning. The thin walls. Finding local shops requires a drive, so if you're expecting a quick stroll for essentials, you might be in for a surprise.
